All is perfect.

Everything was quite good except for the transparency around shipping. The logistics company chosen by the supplier over charged port fees that I was unaware of. I understood I had to pay GST and duties, that's fine I knew the approximate cost of that. I was also aware I would have to pay some handling and unloading fees when the consignment arrived but didn't think they would've been twice the cost of the shipping fee that I had already paid. There was no way around this as the supplier had locked me into this logistics company and the consignment was already on it's way. This caused a lot of undue worry and stress. Advice to buyers.. organise logistics and shipping yourself or get the supplier to quote shipping including all receival fees. They should even be able to quote Taxes and Duties, just so you have no unpleasant surprises.
